The employees were polite all the time.

The double room was clean and made me feel at home, with daily cleaning of the private bathrooms that had walk-in showers.

The room was silent and clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect for visiting bars and restaurants near the hotel. Ciutat Vella district was worth visiting.

The location of this place is excellent, just a short distance from a beautiful Gothic cathedral, and also close to the city center.

When we visit the city, we like staying at this place as it's an amazing base for a short stay.

We had a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities, including towels and water. the location was perfect, close to the city center and within walking distance to the metro. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby alleys with their amazing local shops.

The room had only one small window, limiting ventilation. the area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe, especially when traveling alone or at night.

Stayed in a double room and it was spotless, plus the bed was super cozy. the hotel's location right in the heart of the city 🌆couldn't have been more perfect.

The 24-hour front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The tour desk was also a great convenience, as they provided us with fantastic recommendations and helped us plan our family activities in Barcelona. The free WiFi throughout the property was a big plus, allowing us to stay connected and share our experiences with friends and family back home.

My children wanted a playground or outdoor area to play in.

We got very nice value for our money at Pension Bertolin! The room was basic but had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The location was perfect, central but not too commercial, with easy access to stores, restaurants, and transportation.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a wider variety of options.

The 24-hour front desk and tour desk were super clutch when we needed recommendations for exploring Barcelona. Plus, the free WiFi was a lifesaver for posting all our amazing pics. We had a blast visiting the famous Sagrada Familia and partying at the local clubs. Best vacay ever!

The only thing we wished for was a bigger common area where we could hang out and meet other young party-goers like us. But hey, we made the most of it by hitting up the nearby bars and making new friends there.

I had a wonderful stay at Pension Bertolin for 5 nights. The owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The attention to detail was impressive, with a comfortable bed, soft towels changed regularly, and a clean room. I appreciated having a private shower and toilet, and the proximity to la Rambla and public transportation was ideal.
